Today we’ve launched a protest site against T-Mobile who want to
claim the color Magenta.

Through their corporate communication department in the Netherlands
we found out that it is actually an initiative of Deutsche Telekom AG
in germany.
The point is that their claim is far too wide. They want to sue a
computer company and 2 radiostations in the netherlands who already
use magenta in their logo.
The aim of our initiative is to get professional responses and
attention in the field of advertising, (brand) designers,
communication proffessionals etc. to liberate magenta and to avoid
crazy color claims in the future. We are backed with an important
brand-lawyer.
We've already nice quotes from Wim Crouwel and Gert Dumbar.
But we have to expand this to germany and probably austria to get
attention of Deutsche Telekom AG.
